This required removal of existing Trees, Block walls, Unknown foundations, Grading, Drilling new caissons, Excavating new pile caps, Off-hauling foundation spoils, Fabricate & Install Rebar, Anchorbolts for new structure. Cutting a new opening in the existing CMU walls for a new door, Decorative concrete slab.
